It includes Credit Grantor information which shows account pay habits. The FICO score associated with the credit report is an indicator of a good OR problematic credit history.


A Credit Decision Report is obtained for non-site inspected members that identifies the applicant, rates the credit history and gives a recommendation. 95% of ATS members use this report. This tenant check determines credit worthiness the same as a full credit report.
